Red Sonja (2009)

Real-life husband and wife team Robert Rodriguez and Rose McGowan are getting involved in the "Red Sonja" remake reports USA Today.

Millennium Films previously announced plans to revive the classic Robert E. Howard-created sword and sorcery epic with David N. White attached to pen the script.

Rodriguez now confirms he'll produce the new film which is scheduled for a 2010 release. Douglas Aarniokoski will helm the feature which is scheduled to commence shooting in October.

Rodriguez and McGowan were remain attached to a remake of "Barbarella" but that project remains in limbo due to the strikes.

pa o ov gore se pricalo cim je Planet Terror izasao...i tad je bilo rijeci da bi ona trebala bas nju glmuit..neznam kako sad stvari stoje..

Uf nadam se samo da to neće ispasti još gore sranje nego je bila Red Sonja sa Kalidorom.... Jer Crvena Sonja ne zaslužuje tako nešto...

Nije baš da sumnjam, ali sam skeptičan....

Nikad nisam puno volio to da muž i žena rade neki projekt, a to je vrlo rijetko dobro ispalo...
Svu pažnju dobija žena a za ostalu ekipu ko ih jebe...nalžalost je bilo tako u mnogim filmovima (npr. Richard Burton i Liz Taylor su radili pizdarije na setovima i tukli buđete, ).
Statistika govori negativno u prilog.

Ali ako to bude onaj stari Rodriguez onda sam jako za, ali ako je to onaj koji će se sada preseravati sa svojom ženom (to se već malo vidjelo u Planet Teror i to na početku) e onda nisam za...

Last week, we told you about Robert Rodriguez and Rose McGowan ditching their plan to remake BARBERELLA and instead teaming up for a RED SONJA remake. However, according to pop culture media whore Perez Hilton, McGowan and Rodriguez, who've been romantically linked for a little while now, have split and that has apparently also ended plans they had for a SONJA remake. What's more, the studio is already moving on and are looking to Jessica Alba to become the bad ass warrior princess. Is it worth it just to see her strut around in something like say, THIS? Yup! What do you guys think?
