PLOT - A young girl (Fanning) walks through a secret door in her new home and discovers an alternate version of her life. On the surface, this parallel reality is eerily similar to her real life – only much better. But when her adventure turns dangerous, and her counterfeit parents (including Other Mother [Hatcher]) try to keep her forever, Coraline must count on her resourcefulness, determination, and bravery to get back home – and save her family.

neobičan i mračan, vizualno izvrstan. Šteta olako riješenih questova.

odličan crtić, a kasnije postaje dosta mračan. Glavni lik je dosta simpatična kao i odlična animacija.

Coraline (2009) - čuo sam svakakve hvalospjeve za ovaj crtani pa sam ušao sa viskomi očekivanjima. Prvih 45 minuta mlako i nisam bio zadovoljan. Ono, uđe u tu drugu kuću, druga mama i tata, mačka isto, ali nisam vidio ništa posebno. No, drugih 45 minuta je odlično, mračno i neobično. Sve je došlo na svoje. Odlična mašta i na trenutke prelazi u horor. Podsjetio me na nešto što bi Burton napravio.
