Anyway...Svemogući Takashi Miike, redatelj filmova kao što su "Sukiyaki Western Django" i "Ichi the Killer" te mali milijun drugih naslova, napada ponovno...ovoga puta sa "dječjim" filmom, ekranizacijom istoimene animirane Japanse anime serije još iz 70-ih godina. Film je već imao svoju Japansku premjeru i premetnuo se u veliki box office hit sa zaradom od 29 i pol mil.$. Kritike su podjeljene...jedni kažu da je riječ o jako dobrom film, a drugi naravno, da je riječ o jako lošem filmu...ali ukoliko ste Takashi Miike fan, to što drugi govore vam je i onako sve jedno, pa navalite.

SLIKEYatterman tells the story of a mysterious stone known as Skull Stone, said to have the power to reveal the location of the largest deposit of gold in the world. This legend has entranced the trio of villains named the Dorombo Gang, who are in pursuit of fame, power and wealth.
However, their hunt for the Skull Stone is not as easy as they imagined, mainly due to the faulty information they receive from their leader. And most of all, due to a righteous duo of pursuers named Gan-Chan and Ai-Chan; the Yatterman team of the title, who also happens to pilot the oversized dog robot Yatter-Bark / Yatter-King.
