O filmu:
Rosemary's Baby is a 1968 American horror/thriller film written and directed by Roman Polanski, based on the bestselling 1967 novel of the same name by Ira Levin. The film received mostly positive reviews and earned numerous nominations and awards. The film has led to numerous references in film, television, music and other media. The American Film Institute ranked the film 9th in their 100 Years…100 Thrills list.

Plot:
Rosemary and Guy Woodhouse move into an apartment in a building with a bad reputation. They discover that their neighbours are a very friendly elderly couple named Roman and Minnie Castevet, and Guy begins to spend a lot of time with them. Strange things start to happen: a woman Rosemary meets in the washroom dies a mysterious death, Rosemary has strange dreams and hears strange noises and Guy becomes remote and distant. Then Rosemary falls pregnant and begins to suspect that her neighbours have special plans for her child.

zapravo mi nevjerovatno da je bilo tu toliko neotvorenih topika vezano za ove sve klasike :mrgreen:

Ja ga nisam dosad pogledao, stalno ga nekako bezveze odbijam (ne znam ni ja zašto), morat ću ga pogledati jer me baš zanima i pošto je u pitanju jedan od klasika žanra! 8)

Jedan od najboljih uradaka Romana Polanskog kao i jedan od najboljih filmova na temu Sotone. Film posjeduje nekoliko detalja koji ostaju uznemirujući i nakon mnogo godina gledanja; partikularno mislim na uvodnu glazbenu temu te završnu scenu s očima. U pojedinim trenucima film se čini pomalo kafkijanskim uz dodatak prepoznatljivog redateljevog pečata dok su glumci sve od reda obavili prvorazredan posao; od Farrowice i Oskarom nagrađene Gordonice do muških protagonista koji zaokružuju ovu psihoanalitičku, klaustrofobičnu i jezovitu priču.

Sinoć pogledao i baš mi je odličan film, od glumačke postave (naročito Mia Farow), režije Polanskog, uvjerljivih likova, prikaza New Yorka, jezive glazbe no i općenito je glazba dosta cool (naročito upotreba klasične glazbe), do same pomisli da je zlo među ljudima, da će se nešto strašno dogoditi, borbe između dobra i zla i da ne možeš nikome vjerovati: niti mužu, susjedu, prijatelju, itd... i da, dosta je nepredvidiv uz dosta nezaboravnih prizora i scena, a tek sam kraj koji je jeziv i maestralno napravljen! Film ne samo da djeluje kao odličan horror, već kao i odličan triler te odlična drama! Jedan mi je od omiljenih filmova iz 60-tih! 10/10

odličan psiho triler horror s fenomenalnom glumom i pričom.imam i knjigu ire levinea koja je također još bolja.creepy atmosfera,pogotovo susjedi u zgradi.zbog ovog filma malo drugačije gledam starije bračne parove iz mog ulaza u zgradi :lol: svejedno.10/10.

O da, opaki susjedi, Polanski je baš poznat u par svojih filmova s tim creepy susjedima, ovdje su baš creepy i što bi se reklo: too good to be true!

Gledo davno kad me uhvatila fobija gledanja klasika. Znam da mi je ostao u ok sjećanju i da je definitivno bio predug.

Meni nimalo nije smetalo što je 2 sata dug, dapače, čak mi se čini da bi sve ispalo na kraju kako treba je i bilo potrebno da bude ovako dugačak, u svakom slučaju, predobar film, remek djelo!
