Donela neki dan žena sa place svježe artičoke pa rekla evo znam da voliš sastojke sa kojima još nisi radio

Piletina sa bijelim šparogama, gljivama i gremolatom

Gremolata nije ništa fancy nego ovaj "topping" narezani shallots, svježi peršin, češnjak i oribana korica od limuna koja se posipa po mesu kada je gotovo. Već po imenu možete zaključiti da je porijeklo gremolate iz Italije. Kratko popržena piletina se peče u pećnici na "postolju" od bijelih šparoga, shallots i gljiva. Toć u kom se peče je pileći temeljac.
