Na ovom projektu se počelo raditi još 2007. Godine, a originalno ga je trebao napisati i režirati popularni glumac koji je postao sasvim solidan redatelj, Peter Berg ("The Rundown", "Hancock", "The Kingdom" itd.). Ali iz nepoznatih razloga, na kraju je Berg ostao tek jedan od potpisnika scenarija, dok je režiju preuzeo nepoznati Sylvain White ("Stomp the Yard"). Uz Berga scenarij još potpisuje i James Vanderbilt. A ono što još valja spomenuti kad govorimo o ekipi iza kamere, je i to da su neki od producenata ovog filma i legendarni Joel Silver ("Predator", "Commando", "Die Hard" serijal itd.) te Akiva Goldsman ("Constantine", "Mr. & Mrs. Smith", "I Am Legend" itd.). Glumačku ekipu sačinjavaju neka zvučna i poznata imena kao što su Zoe Saldana ("Star Trek", "Avatar"), Jeffrey Dean Morgan ("Watcmen"), Chris Evans ("Fantastic Four", "Street Kings"), Idris Elba, Jason Patric ("Speed 2", "Narc"), Columbus Short i još neki. Premjera filma je predviđena za 09. Travanj 2010. godine.
