Ženin je bio još dodatno koju minutu na medium rare, meni se danas malo bloodier jelo ;)

meni je ok da malo procuri, pogotovo ako je npr. u zelenom papru. (uber!) ali sad neki žešći blood splatter nebih podnio.. :lol:

Prvi put kada sam jeo vani steak, negdje 2000te u parizu bili smo pozvani u neku po danu mesnicu, po noću šana restoran. Tamo sam jeo baš rare biftek, to se topilo u krvi. Ovo moje je danas bilo vrlo blizu medium rarea ali na slici ispada dodatno krvavije. Medium rare mi je inače default kod steaka...

umak je baš fantazija, je izjebeš se malo sa detaljima, ali se definitivno isplati. demi glace uz steak mi je bolji nego gravy, green peppercorn mi je slijedeći na tapeti ;)

e pa taj medium mi se (za sada, dok nisam probao ostale) čini kao najbolji, doduše jeo sam samo jednom i bio je u umaku od zelenog papra i bilo je taman krfavo.
