The Gates (2010)
Plot: Nick Monohan and his family move from Chicago to a quiet, upscale planned community called The Gates, where he will be Chief of Police. They soon realize that their neighbors are not who they seem to be. The Gates is filled with such beings as vampires, witches, werewolves, and a succubus. The parents of The Gates will protect their children from the outside world even if it means lying for their misdemeanors.
Genre: Crime | Drama | Mystery | Thriller ( ja bih slobodno dodao i Horror) ako je The Vampire Diaries horror, i ova je onda sigurno.
S tim da je meni bolja x puta od The Vampire Diaries, upravo sam zavrsio prvu sezonu i toplo je preporučujem, pogotovo onima kojima je i The Vampire Diaries solidna. Nemojte da vas siromašan plot zavara, ima tu puno više ali ne želim da spoilam. Glumačka ekipa je OK takodje, i zanimljivo je kako je rating na TV.com od pilota do epizode 13, porastao sa 7 na zavidnih 9.2.

Mada moram upozoriti na povremene momente teen ljubavnih problema, koji iako solidno upakovani, meni su jedina stvar koja skripi, no imaju ih i The Vampire Diaries i Twilight.

Također preporučam nakon odgledanih 5 epizoda. Sad ima da pogledam još 3 kombinirajući sa Rubiconom. Valjda budem do 5 :D

THE GATES is officially cancelled. Was a great/fun experience and thk u all for coming along for the ride! THE GATES cast and crew: thk u all for the good times! Learned alot and had a great summer with u all! Cheers to the future!

jučer naletila slučajno na ovo. vidim da su odustali nakon 1. sezone, ali neka, da se barem nešto pogleda. pogledali 2 epizode, sviđa mi se jako :D
