This adaptation of the famous short story by Rudyard Kipling tells the story of Daniel Dravot and Peachy Carnahan, two ex-soldiers in India when it was under British rule. They decide that the country is too small for them, so they head off to Kafiristan in order to become Kings in their own right. Kipling is seen as a character that was there at the beginning, and at the end of this glorious tale.

Epski pustolovni filmski klasik s prekrasnim scenama prirode. Nezaboravni filmski par Sean Connery i Michael Caine kao dvojica karizmatičnih britanskih vojnika i prevaranata. Pustolovne scene poput nezaboravne scene skoka s visećeg mosta ili put kroz snježne planine. Pravi primjer pravih pustolovnih filmova kakvi se danas više ne snimaju. I uz to, nezaboravna završnica s kultnom scenom s dijamantom.

Uistinu odličan film za pamćenje sa dvijema legendama svijeta filma.

pogotovo su mi se u mozak utisnule upečatljive scene s conneryem na kraju film.jebeno remek-djelo
