"Sawney", a new Scottish indie horror film tells the story of Scottish cannibal Sawney Bean and his murderous, inbred family. Set in present day Scotland, this is a horror / thriller story about Sawney and his family of cannibal serial killers, who's ancestors date back centuries. The brood are responsible for over 100 murders. Based on true events, their existence is legendary.

A tour of the infamous cannibal Sawny Beans cave in SW Scotland. Alexander Sawney Bean was - legend tells - the head of an incestuous cannibalistic family, who oversaw a 25-year reign of murder and robbery from a hidden sea cave on the Ayrshire/Galloway coast in the 16th century.The cave lies north of Stranraer and south of Girvan.

Pogledao. Zanimljiva triler horor priča u retro fazonu, dakle bez grupe awful tinejdžera, već gledamo policajca i novinara kako vode istragu koja se tiče nestalih osoba koje se kasnije pojave u vidu masakriranih i nekompletnih tela. Za temu filma je iskorištena jedna od najšokantnijih škotskih legendi, izvesni Sawney Bean, vođa nekakve bande od pre pet vekova koji je pogubljen zbog kanibalizma preko 1000 ljudi. Osim odličnih tehničkih karakteristika i odličnog lokaliteta film karakteriše i mnogo brutalnosti, krvi i još koječega odvratnog (ne bih otkrivao). Jedna od većih mana je neharizmatični glavni glumac, ali i ovakav kakav je Sawney: Flesh of Man je za klasu bolji od prosečnog ovogodišnjeg američkog horora. Ocena: 7/10
