Inače na tu temu "weeping woman" postoji već film iz sredine šesdesetih ( http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0055128/ ), koji mi je na tapetu u bliskoj budućnosti.

To prolazi sa kod publike, survival horror... Prvi rivjui kažu da je film prilično napet... Vidjeti ćemo uskoro, ja jedva čekam vidit.

Charles, a descendant of Saint George, and Alicia, his pregnant wife, are a happy couple that travels to a sleepy Midwest town to attend his estranged father's funeral. Their holiday turns to terror when..."

Pardon me for interrupting the synopsis but I really have to question the person that wrote worded this synopsis. "Their holiday..?" This couple has made this trip to attend the husband's father's funeral. That hardly sounds like a "holiday" trip to me. Back to the synopsis:

"Their holiday turns to terror when an eccentric hotel owner, Simon (Armand Assante), reveals his thirst for blood. As leader of a vampire cult, he has lured them to his hotel with the intention of capturing their unborn child. As a descendant of Saint George the child possesses untainted blood and will be sacrificed in a ceremony that will resurrect The Dragon - the world's original vampire!"

osim naslova, sviđa mi se i casting filma, između ostaloga, i sljedeći glumci: crispin glover, jeffrey combs i brad dourif... ovo MORA valjati....

Od producenta Underworlda dolazi nam Blood and Chocolate, film gdje vukodlaci dolaze u prvi plan. Očekivano nije čisti horror ali ima elemente.

Za sada reakicije nisu baš pozitivne:

"When a movie like Blood and Chocolate comes along, there are certain expectations that the viewer should have. Since it's a modern movie about werewolves, expectations are minimal: Werewolves fighting oppression from the torch-wielding townspeople, and of course, a tortured love story. Fortunately for Blood and Chocolate, the expectations were met. Unfortunately though, they were not that good for the integrity of the film."

Mene osobno trailer uopće nije zainteresirao, više mi vuče na neku jeftinu ljubavnu priču. S druge strane nagledao sam se mega trailera za smeće od filmova i obratno pa je sve moguće

je vidio sam trailer prije koje vrijeme, katastrofa, izgleda kao neka romantična drama... mislim pogledat ću najvjerojatnije, ali očekujem bananetinu žešću

Baš mi je u redu za objavljivanje na horrohr ovaj trailer i poster iz filma. Promo slike koje su izašle prije par tjedana su djelovale totalno dobro, poster isto tako, ali prije par dana sam u kinu naletio na trailer i nije baš nešto. Lutke izgledaju creepy (posebno baba koja vodi mayhem), ali ne djeluje nešto posebno. Mislim da je tip iza ovog filma jedan od scenarista originalnog Saw, pa se diže buka oko toga. Nevetheless, makar mi je nakon odgledanog trailera palo zanimanje za film, pogledati ću čim izađe.
